Beijing : China discovered 200 new non oil and gas mineral deposits in 2025, including 16 gold and 11 iron deposits, according to the Ministry of Natural Resources.
Geological exploration investment increased for the fifth consecutive year, while 398 new large and medium sized deposits of strategic mineral resources, including oil and gas fields, were identified during the 2021 – 2025 period.
