Manama : The Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority (BTEA) announced strong support from leading private-sector organisations in the lead up to this year’s edition of Celebrate Bahrain 2025. Held under the theme Live Every Moment, the festival underscores the continued partnership between the public and private sectors in advancing Bahrain’s position as a unique tourist and cultural destination in the region.
The BTEA revealed that a number of national banks and major companies have joined the list of supporters for 2025. These include Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait (BBK), National Bank of Bahrain (NBB), GFH Financial Group, National Bank of Kuwait (NBK), the Gulf Petrochemical Industries Company (GPIC), Aluminium Bahrain (Alba), Khaleeji Commercial Bank, Batelco, Al Salam Bank, Infracorp, Ford Bahrain, Urbaser, and several other partners contributing to the season’s events.
Sara Ahmed Buhiji, BTEA Chief Executive Officer expressed her appreciation to the private sector partners supporting Celebrate Bahrain 2025, praising their strong sense of national partnership and its role in enhancing tourism offerings in the Kingdom and advancing the goals of the Tourism Strategy 2022 – 2026.
She added that the continued engagement of private-sector institutions in Celebrate Bahrain reflects the depth of the strategic collaboration between both sectors and demonstrates a commitment to supporting national development efforts.
“This cooperation highlights the growing interest in Bahrain’s tourism sector and the belief in the value of national events in boosting economic and tourism activity and fostering a sense of joy and community during major occasions,” she said.
She reaffirmed the BTEA’s commitment to expanding its partnerships across different sectors with the aim of ensuring the sustainability of major events and delivering meaningful experiences that reflect Bahrain’s cultural identity. She added that the festival has become a highlight in the Kingdom’s annual events calendar.
