Manama : Bahrain will host the fourth edition of Gateway Gulf from November 1–2, at the Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay, bringing together ministers and senior government officials, chief executives and business leaders from the Middle East, Asia, Europe, Latin America and North America.
Hosted by the Bahrain Economic Development Board (Bahrain EDB), the invitation-only forum will be held under the theme “Reimagining Global Partnerships, Powering Sustainable Growth.”
The forum will examine how evolving global dynamics are reshaping investment, capital flows, innovation and cross-border economic cooperation.
Discussions will address the impact of geopolitical developments, energy transition and technological advances, as well as strategic partnerships, connectivity corridors and emerging opportunities shaping the global economy.
With the GCC economy exceeding $2.38 trillion, the region continues to attract capital, talent and innovation, supported by investment in infrastructure, regional integration and economic diversification.
As a gateway to the region, Bahrain offers a connected business environment and a diversified economy, with non-oil sectors accounting for 86% of GDP, providing opportunities for businesses and investors seeking to expand across the region.
The two-day forum will bring together 200 senior decision-makers alongside representatives from Bahrain’s public and private sectors for high-level discussions, executive engagement and investment opportunities. The programme will include curated networking sessions, private meetings and investment showcases aimed at facilitating partnerships and investment outcomes.
Key discussions will focus on global capital flows and economic connectivity, the GCC’s role in global growth, industries shaping future competitiveness, and the emergence of the intelligence economy. The sessions will also examine ways for governments, investors and businesses to strengthen economic resilience and develop new avenues for cooperation.
Gateway Gulf has previously facilitated investment announcements and strategic agreements, with the 2025 edition generating more than $17 billion in announced transactions and investment commitments.
