Paris : Europe’s Airbus raised full-year financial targets after a narrower-than-expected dip in third-quarter profits, and stuck to a goal of delivering 600 jetliners this year after driving down costs during the pandemic. The world’s largest commercial plane maker posted a 19% drop in third-quarter operating profit to 666 million euros ($772.7 million) as revenues slipped 6% to 10.518 billion. Riyadh : A total of 44 multinational companies (MNCs) today received licenses to move their regional headquarters to Riyadh. The licenses were issued at the fifth edition of the Future Investment Initiative, attended by the world’s most influential leaders in business and government. Pakistan : Three Pakistani policemen were shot dead and 70 more wounded when supporters of a banned extremist group opened fire at a rally on Wednesday, the country’s interior minister said.
