Bahrain :  Passengers travelling via King Fahd Causeway were urged to comply with mandatory precautionary measures set by the National Medical Taskforce for Combating COVID-19. Travellers have to provide a Polymerase chain reaction (PCR)  and evidence of their vaccination as required, said the Causeway Police Directorate at the General Directorate for Border Exit Security. Abu Dhabi :  A rare, two-volume Quran owned by U.S. President Thomas Jefferson found itself carefully packed away Wednesday for a return flight to America after being on display at Dubai’s Expo 2020. An Indian hiker has been rescued after spending 48 hours trapped in a crevice on a treacherous slope on a hill in southern Kerala. Pope Francis condemned assisted suicide as an unacceptable deviation from medical ethics on Wednesday as Italy’s parliament resumed talks on a law to regulate it.
