The Enforcement Directorate (ED) had arrested Bhatnagar on August 22.Special Judge Raghubir Singh of Rouse Avenue Court said that no grounds were met for grant of bail and dimissed the application.Bhatnagar’s counsel argued that his arrest was not legal, as there was no permission to further investigate the case.
