An unprecedented joint project has seen Ras Al Khaimah’s Department of Antiquities and Museums collaborate with two prominent US universities to study 4,000-year-old human bones unearthed at two ancient tombs in the emirate. The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health, Dr. Waleed Khalifa Al Manea, confirmed that the first batch of citizens repatriated from Iran had undergone all protocol and procedures as per plan. The Ministry of Health has arranged for the return of citizens in batches via chartered aircrafts, and the first batch of citizens arrived yesterday. The Ministry of Health reported on the status of the 165 citizens who arrived on board the flight. 77 cases tested positive, and 88 cases tested negative.
