Manama : The Ministry of Labour announced the end of the implementation period for Ministerial Decision (3) of 2013, amended by Decision (11) of 2025, which prohibits outdoor work under direct sunlight from 12 pm to 4 pm. London : The British government on Saturday announced over 1.25 billion pounds ($1.69 billion) in fresh investment from major U.S. financial firms, including PayPal, Bank of America, Citigroup and S&P Global, ahead of a state visit by President Donald Trump. Mexico City :  A fiery accident in Mexico’s Yucatán peninsula on Saturday killed 15 people, according to the state’s secretary of public security. The accident, which occurred on the highway between Merida and Campeche, killed passengers travelling in a trailer, a car and a taxi. “Since the first report, emergency, security, and health services are attending to the situation to provide immediate assistance,” he said.
