Manama: His Highness Major General Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, National Security Adviser and Commander of the Royal Guard, received Special Secretary for Strategic Affairs of the President of Brazil Admiral Flávio Rocha. HH Shaikh Nasser hailed the development of cooperation and coordination between the two countries across several areas. The meeting reviewed several matters of shared interest.

Gulf Air, Bahrain’s national carrier, introduced Apple Pay on the airline’s Mobile application. Some 50 homes in the village of Demydiv remain partially submerged months after a dam was destroyed and the area flooded to stop Russian troops from advancing on Ukraine capital Kyiv, regional governor Oleksiy Kuleba said late on Saturday. The Ministry of Education has announced a new date for the registration of children who still who have not registered for the first grade of the 2022-2023 academic year. Unregistered children born between 2014 and August 2016 and their parents will have to report to Ministry’s Hall in Isa Town on Tuesday, May 31, from 08:00 am to 04:00 pm.
