El Arish : The 61st Saudi relief plane, operated by the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center, arrived at El Arish International Airport in Egypt, carrying food baskets to be transported to the affected Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip. Bangkok : Thailand’s parliament elected Anutin Charnvirakul, leader of the Bhumjaithai Party, as Prime Minister. In the parliamentary vote, Anutin won 311 votes out of 490, defeating Chaikasem Nitisiri of the Pheu Thai Party, who received 152 votes. Meanwhile, 27 lawmakers abstained.
