El Arish : The 61st Saudi relief plane, operated by the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center, arrived at El Arish International Airport in Egypt, carrying food baskets to be transported to the affected Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip. This aid comes as part of the support provided by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center to the Palestinian people in Gaza, to help alleviate the severe famine and difficult living conditions faced by the Strip.

Bangkok : Thailand’s parliament elected Anutin Charnvirakul, leader of the Bhumjaithai Party, as Prime Minister. In the parliamentary vote, Anutin won 311 votes out of 490, defeating Chaikasem Nitisiri of the Pheu Thai Party, who received 152 votes. Meanwhile, 27 lawmakers abstained. Abuja : The death toll from a boat sinking in Niger State, north-central Nigeria, has risen to 60. Abdullahi Baba Ara, Chairman of Borgu Local Government Area, said the figure is likely to increase, noting that 10 people are in critical condition while many remain missing.
