Hong Kong : Super Typhoon Ragasa, the world’s most powerful tropical cyclone this year, lashed Hong Kong with hurricane-force winds and torrential rain on Wednesday, while heavy downpours in Taiwan resulted in the deaths of 14 people. New Delhi : India’s military will test drone and counter drone systems next month in a major exercise to toughen its air defences, a senior officer said on Tuesday. Since the four-day clash, both neighbouring countries have ramped up drone development in what analysts describe as a drone arms race.
