Brussels : Four people were killed, including two children, after a school minibus and a train collided in the Belgian town of Buggenhout. Local authorities said the accident occurred at a level crossing near Buggenhout, around 30 kilometres north-west of Brussels, adding that details were not immediately clear. They said five other children in the minibus were seriously injured and taken to hospital, but their condition is stable. Manama : His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa issued a royal decree pardoning 226 inmates on the occasion of Eid Al Adha. The royal pardon includes individuals convicted in various offences who have served part of their sentences, in addition to a number of individuals under alternative sentencing. Manama : The Chief of Terrorist Crimes Prosecution stated that the High Criminal Court issued rulings during today’s session in two separate cases involving 11 defendants accused of communicating with the terrorist Iranian Revolutionary Guard organisation with the intent to carry out terrorist and hostile acts against the Kingdom of Bahrain and harm its interests.
