Abu Dhabi : The Ministry of Defence of the United Arab Emirates reported the detection of four cruise missiles launched from Iran towards the country. Three missiles were successfully intercepted over the UAE’s territorial waters, while the fourth fell into the sea. The ministry confirmed that sounds heard in various areas across the country resulted from the interception of the aerial threats, stressing the readiness of the relevant forces to deal with any threats targeting the country’s security and safety.

Fujairah : The relevant authorities in the Emirate of Fujairah in the United Arab Emirates announced that a fire broke out in the Fujairah Oil Industry Zone (FOIZ) following a drone attack originating from Iran. Fujairah Civil Defence teams immediately began responding to the incident and continue intensive efforts to contain the fire and secure the area.
