Manama : His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa issued Decree (73) of 2024, appointing an undersecretary at the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, based on a proposal from the Minister of Housing and Urban Planning and following the approval of the Cabinet. Article I Fatima Ibrahim Khalifa Al Mannai shall be appointed as the Undersecretary at the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning. Arbaat : Surging waters have burst through a dam, wiped out at least 20 villages and left at least 30 people dead but probably many more in eastern Sudan, the United Nations said on Monday.
