Bangkok : Nine people went missing on Thursday after a plane they were on board crashed in a forested area in Chachoengsao province, southeast of Bangkok, Thailand’s capital. Thai media reported on Friday that search operations have continued over the past hours for the nine passengers, who are feared dead. The nine individuals—two pilots and seven passengers—were on their way from Suvarnabhumi Airport in Bangkok to Trat province when the crash occurred. Manama : The Ministry of Education announced the commencement of accepting applications for the re-enrollment of students who have previously dropped out of school or those holding educational certificates from outside the Kingdom who wish to continue their education in Bahrain’s public schools. Bucheon : Seven people were killed and a dozen others injured following a fire at a hotel in Bucheon, just west of Seoul, on Thursday, firefighting authorities said. The fire began in a room on the eighth floor of the nine-story hotel at 7:39 p.m., leaving seven people dead, including guests, according to authorities.
