Manama : The Autumn Fair 2025 continues to attract visitors of all ages, featuring 600 exhibitors from 20 countries at Exhibition World Bahrain until February 1. Seoul : An Air Busan plane bound for Hong Kong caught fire at its tail while preparing to take off from Gimhae International Airport in Busan, some 320 kilometres southeast of Seoul, prompting all its 176 passengers and crew members to evacuate. Fire authorities in Busan said that seven people were receiving treatment at hospitals for injuries sustained in the fire. Manama : The National Bureau for Revenue (NBR) conducted 1875 inspection visits across Bahrain’s governorates in 2024 as part of its efforts to enhance business compliance and ensure adherence to regulations governing VAT and excise, including the Digital Stamps Scheme. The inspections covered various sectors, including education, construction, manufacturing, real estate, retail, plumbing, heat and air-conditioning installation, travel agencies, and healthcare. Manama : His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa ratified and issued Law (5) of 2025, amending Article (1) of Law (28) of 2006 concerning deductions from oil export revenues for the Future Generations Reserve (FGR), following approval by the Shura Council and the Council of Representatives. Athens : Four wind farms nestled in the mountains of northern Greece have become prominent landmarks in the area.
