Manama : The General Command of the Bahrain Defence Force announced that through the unwavering vigilance of its personnel, the BDF’s air defence systems continue to successfully counter successive waves of the hostile terrorist Iranian aggression. Since the onset of hostilities, air defences have intercepted and destroyed 147 ballistic missiles and 282 drones targeting the Kingdom of Bahrain. Manama : His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today chaired an extraordinary Cabinet meeting at Gudaibiya Palace. Abu Dhabi : The UAE air defence systems on 23rd March 2026 engaged seven ballistic missiles and 16 UAVs launched from Iran. Since the onset of the blatant Iranian aggression, UAE air defences have engaged 352 ballistic missiles, 15 cruise missiles and 1,789 UAVs. Doha : The Ministry of Interior announced that search and rescue operations following the helicopter crash in the State’s territorial waters have resulted in the recovery of six of the seven individuals on board. The ministry confirmed that all six have been found deceased, while specialised teams continue intensive efforts to locate the remaining missing person. In a statement posted on the X platform on Sunday, the ministry expressed its deepest condolences and sincere sympathies to the families of the deceased, praying to Almighty God to bestow His mercy upon them and grant their families patience and solace.
