Manama :   As part of efforts to improve traffic flow and enhance road safety on key highways, the General Directorate of Traffic announced that, starting September 1,  King Hamad Highway will be added to the list of roads where heavy vehicles (weighing over 3 tonnes) are prohibited during peak hours, from 6:30 to 8:00 A.M. and from 2:00 to 3:00 P.M. The restriction excludes emergency vehicles and pre-authorised public service vehicles. Manama : The Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA) announced the implementation of 1,425 inspection campaigns and visits from July 27 to August 2, which resulted in the detention of 14 violating and irregular workers, while 106 violators were deported.
