Kuala Lumpur : Malaysia’s government has given final approval for a Texas-based marine robotics company to renew the search for Malaysia Airlines Flight 370, which is believed to have crashed in the southern Indian Ocean more than a decade ago. Cabinet ministers agreed to terms and conditions for a “no-find, no-fee” contract with Texas-based Ocean Infinity to resume the seabed search operation at a new 15,000-square-kilometer (5,800-square-mile) site in the ocean, Transport Minister Anthony Loke said in a statement Wednesday. Zurich : Three people are believed to have died when a plane originally from Denmark crashed on Monday evening in Switzerland, police from the eastern Swiss canton of Graubuenden said. The victims of the crash have not yet been identified. Police said in a statement everyone on board died. The plane came down in a populated area on the northern outskirts of the village of La Punt Chamues-ch and burned out completely, according to police.

Manama : His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa has issued Decree (14) of 2025, establishing the Bahrain Space Agency, based on a proposal by the Prime Minister and following the approval of the Cabinet. According to the decree, the Bahrain Space Agency will replace the National Space Science Agency in name and function. The new agency will be under the Supreme Defence Council and subject to the supervision of the Secretary-General of the Supreme Defence Council.
