India’s National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) has developed an online dashboard to monitor and facilitate the movement of migrant workers and their contact-tracing during the lockdown. “The central government has already allowed the movement of migrant workers by buses and Shramik Special trains to enable them to travel to their native places.” said Mr. Ajay Bhalla, Home Secretary of India. Saudi Arabia saw a steep increase in the daily number of coronavirus cases with 2,840 new infections reported during the past 24 hours, raising the total to 52,016, according to the health ministry.
