The largest school in Bahrain re-opens for the new academic session through a newly launched Virtual Learning Programme. The Indian School Bahrain announced that The new academic session 2020-21 through the E-learning programme will begin from 12th April (Sunday) for all classes.
The E-learning programme will continue until the schools reopen for regular classes. The Virtual Learning Programme (VLP) aims to compensate for the delay in the commencement of the new academic session. The Indian School Bahrain stated that the VLP began for classes 10th and 12th on Tuesday.
“In spite of the challenges and constraints, we are continuing with our efforts to establish the VLP through various online platforms. We are optimistic that it will be achieved soon. We place on record our appreciation to our teachers for their efforts towards the success of this programme” the school stated.
The school is uploading the pre-recorded videos of the classes conducted by the school teachers. The classes will be in the sequential order of the progress of the lesson and links for the NCERT textbook/PDF versions will also be made available. The online portal will also have worksheets for practice at the end of the chapter.
