BRAVE Combat Federation, the fastest-growing MMA promotion in the world, has announced its return after the hiatus caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. BRAVE CF officials confirmed that the truly global promotion will head back to Europe, more specifically to Romania, for its comeback show.
More details about the event, such as the hosting venue and the exact date, are expected to be announced within the upcoming days but it was confirmed that the fight night will take place in a closed-doors arena.
Back in early March, on the verge of a COVID-19 global spread, BRAVE Combat Federation acted fast and immediately postponed all its scheduled events until further notice., while also doing the first international awareness campaign by a mixed martial arts promotion. Paying close attention to the international developments and always ensuring the most up-to-date safety and security protocols and measures, the promotion now resumed its activities and decided to take it from where it has stopped.
That is because Romania was one of the countries previously scheduled to receive a BRAVE CF edition in April, with a card that was then going to be BRAVE CF 36.
Romania is no stranger to BRAVE Combat Federation. The Eastern-European nation hosted its first BRAVE CF card in November 2019, with BRAVE CF 28. The event, held in the capital Bucharest, was headlined by the Lightweight bout between John Brewin and Maciek Gierszewski, won by the New Zealander via first-round submission.
