Manama : His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa issued Decree (56) of 2026 appointing a Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Urban Planning and Development Authority, based on the proposal of the Minister of Housing and Urban Planning and following Cabinet approval.
The decree stipulates that Maryam Ali Mohammed Al Amer, Director of the Urban Studies and Policies Directorate at the Urban Planning and Development Authority, shall be appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer for Urban Development at the authority, succeeding Eman Naji Qasim Ali.
The Minister of Housing and Urban Planning shall implement the provisions of this decree, which shall take effect from the date of its issuance and be published in the Official Gazette.
