Cairo : Mohammed bin Ahmed Al Yamahi, Speaker of the Arab Parliament, expressed the parliament’s support for the measures undertaken by the Kingdom of Bahrain to safeguard its security, stability, sovereignty, and the safety of its citizens.
Al Yamahi stressed that Bahrain’s security is an integral part of Arab national security.
He also commended the vigilance of Bahrain’s security authorities following the uncovering of a group linked to Iran’s Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), expressing support for measures aimed at addressing threats to Bahrain’s security and stability.
Al Yamahi further stressed the Arab Parliament’s rejection of terrorism, extremism, and organisations linked to such activities that seek to undermine the security and stability of Arab countries, underscoring the importance of strengthening Arab, regional, and international cooperation to address security threats.
