Manama : His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, received several personnel from the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF).
Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, Commander-in-Chief of the BDF, was present.
His Majesty praised the advanced level of preparedness and combat readiness demonstrated by BDF personnel, commending their high efficiency in carrying out their duties. His Majesty emphasised that the unjustified Iranian aggression against the Kingdom of Bahrain and the countries of the region targeted civilians, facilities, and civilian infrastructure, resulting in civilian casualties and property damage; His Majesty confirmed that all affected citizens will receive full compensation for their losses.
His Majesty underscored the importance of adhering to United Nations Security Council Resolution 2817, which condemned the unjustified Iranian aggression and demanded that Iran immediately cease these attacks and any other hostile acts.
His Majesty expressed appreciation for the sincere national sentiment shown by citizens, which reflects the awareness of the community and its sound and balanced approach. His Majesty commended the readiness to volunteer and contribute to the recovery and reconstruction efforts, embodying a strong sense of national responsibility and belonging.
His Majesty added that national duty requires all to maintain readiness and preparedness to safeguard the Kingdom’s security, safety, and stability under the current circumstances, affirming that the Kingdom of Bahrain will remain a secure and stable nation, continuing its course of development and progress through the unity, cohesion, and dedication of its people.
