Manama : Lieutenant General Tariq Al Hassan, Chief of Police, honoured two police personnel from the Special Security Force, Mohammed Majed and Bilal Akbar, in recognition of their vigilance and sense of responsibility in rescuing a three-year-old child from drowning and administering first aid before she was transferred to hospital for treatment.

The Chief of Police commended the police personnel for their swift response and high level of professionalism, noting that their humanitarian action reflects the values of police personnel and the Ministry of Interior’s readiness and efficiency in handling emergencies.
He emphasised that Bahrain’s Police remain committed to protecting lives and safeguarding public safety, urging continued dedication to duty and the reinforcement of humanitarian principles alongside security responsibilities. He wished the police personnel continued success in serving the Kingdom and its citizens and residents.
