Manama : His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today visited the majlises of His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa, the Special Representative of His Majesty the King, the Kanoo family, and His Excellency Ali bin Saleh Al Saleh, the Chairman of the Shura Council.
During the visits, His Royal Highness highlighted that the Kingdom of Bahrain continues to thrive under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, attributing the Kingdom’s ongoing progress and prosperity to the efforts of its people.
HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister noted that the determination of Bahraini citizens remains a key driver of the Kingdom’s success, raising its stature on the global stage and contributing to its development.
His Royal Highness expressed his appreciation and pride in the veterans, experts, and distinguished figures of the Kingdom’s national workforce, whose contributions have played a vital role in attaining Bahrain’s many achievements.
His Royal Highness expressed his pride in members of Team Bahrain, including those from the Executive and Legislative Authorities, private sector institutions, and civil society, who were present at the majlises.
His Royal Highness affirmed that Team Bahrain has successfully navigated various challenges and achieved significant milestones across various areas of development, all of which have benefitted Bahraini citizens.
HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad exchanged congratulations with the Heads of the majlises and attendees in celebration of the holy month of Ramadan.
His Royal Highness affirmed the significance of Ramadan for Muslims, emphasising its role as a time to reflect on Islamic values and teaching. HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad also commended the role of Ramadan majlises in Bahraini society, which pass down traditions from generation to generation.
HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister noted that the sense of citizenship and belonging is rooted in pride for Bahrain’s national identity, customs and traditions, reiterating the Kingdom’s commitment to preserving its rich heritage and advancing the visions and aspirations of His Majesty the King.
The Heads of the majlises expressed their gratitude for HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister’s visit. They noted HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister’s commitment to engaging with all Bahraini citizens and commended the numerous achievements under the prosperous era of His Majesty the King, with the unwavering support of His Royal Highness.
His Royal Highness was accompanied by His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa and His Excellency Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, the Minister of Finance and National Economy.
