Manama : Rami Saleh Wreikat Al Adwan, Ambassador of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan to the Kingdom of Bahrain and Dean of the Diplomatic Corps, commended Bahrain’s foreign policy under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the government led by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
He highlighted the Kingdom’s active role on regional and international levels, showcasing Bahrain as a model of effective diplomacy rooted in values of cooperation.
Marking Bahraini Diplomacy Day, the ambassador commended Bahrain’s diplomatic contributions to promoting peace and cooperation. He noted its strong ties with nations worldwide, built on mutual respect, peaceful coexistence, and non-interference in others’ affairs. He lauded Bahrain’s constructive engagement in Arab and Islamic issues, efforts toward achieving just and comprehensive regional peace, and commitment to resolving disputes through peaceful means. Bahrain’s adherence to international law principles has earned it a distinguished reputation and a prominent global standing.
The ambassador also expressed pride in the deep and historic ties between Bahrain and Jordan, which serve as a model of Arab cooperation and unity. He highlighted their shared commitment to protecting Arab national security, combating terrorism, and enhancing stability, peace, and sustainable development under the leadership of His Majesty the King and His Majesty King Abdullah II Ibn Al Hussein of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
