Manama : Vatel Bahrain signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Crowne Plaza Bahrain to enhance cooperation between the two institutions and expand coordination in areas related to student training and professional development in the hospitality sector.
The agreement aims to support Vatel Bahrain students by providing structured practical training opportunities within the hospitality industry, contributing to their preparation for employment in the tourism and hospitality labour market.
Shaikh Khaled bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, General Director of Vatel Bahrain, noted that the agreement reflects the college’s approach to strengthening cooperation with hospitality institutions in the Kingdom of Bahrain, allowing students to gain practical experience alongside their academic studies in professional work environments.
Shaikh Khaled bin Khalifa said that Vatel Bahrain seeks, through its partnerships, to align academic programmes with the needs of the hospitality sector and support students in developing the skills required for professional practice.
Charbel Hanna, General Manager of Crowne Plaza Bahrain, said that the agreement supports ongoing cooperation with educational institutions and contributes to providing students with practical exposure to hotel operations in line with established professional standards.
