Manama : In light of ongoing regional developments, the Supreme Council for Environment (SCE) confirmed that environmental monitoring of radiation levels across Bahrain is continuing around the clock. No abnormal levels have been recorded within the Kingdom’s atmosphere.
The Council stated that results are being updated regularly through monitoring stations across the Kingdom. It affirmed that, as part of its precautionary measures, it is closely monitoring any developments that may impact the environmental situation in Bahrain, and maintains fully coordination and readiness with the relevant authorities under the Kingdom’s emergency plans to monitor radiation levels.
The Council called on the public to obtain information from official sources and to refrain from circulating rumours or unverified information. It noted that the situation continues to be monitored, and necessary updates will be issued should any developments arise.
