Copenhagen : Bandar bin Ibrahim AlKhorayef, Saudi Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources, met with Lars Sandahl Sørensen, CEO of the Confederation of Danish Industry, to discuss enhancing trade exchange, sharing knowledge, and strengthening cooperation in human capital development between the two countries.
As part of his official visit to Denmark, the minister chaired a roundtable on Thursday that brought together executives from major Danish industrial companies.
The meeting served as a platform to explore opportunities for deeper collaboration with Danish companies in key sectors such as industry, transport, and information technology, particularly in industrial capacity building, digital transformation, knowledge transfer, and human capital development.
Trade relations between Saudi Arabia and Denmark have seen notable growth in recent years, with non-oil trade reaching around SAR 4.3 billion in 2024, up from SAR 3.9 billion in 2023.
