Manama : Led by His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, and Captain of the Royal Endurance Team, the team will participate in the Samorin International Endurance Championship in Slovakia amidst a large presence of international riders competing in several races over distances of 160km, 120km, and 100km.
The Bahraini team will compete in the 120km and 160km races, as part of their preparations for the World Endurance Championship for Seniors, which will be held in September 2024 in the city of Monpazier, France, according to the plan prepared by His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa.
His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa will lead the Royal Endurance Team riders in the 120km race, along with several team riders, namely Shaikh Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa, Jaber Bader Jaafar, Hamad Isa Al Janahi, Abdulrahman Khalid Al Khatri, Mohammed Hamad Al Thawadi, Mohammed Abdulhameed Al Hashimi, Yusuf Abdulnabi Al Jabouri, and Khalifa Mubarak Sabt.
The Royal Endurance Team will be represented in the 160km race by several riders, including His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Faisal bin Rashid Al Khalifa, Raed Mahmoud, Sarhan Hameed Al Anzi, Othman Abduljalil Al Awadhi, Manal Fakhrawi, Isa Hameed Al Anzi, Mohammed Abdulsamad Al Bastaki, and Abdullah Isa Al Janahi.
The Royal Endurance Team will strive to achieve all the desired goals from this participation, as the team has a remarkable record of continuous presence in the Samorin race in Slovakia, having accomplished several previous achievements in this championship.
