Manama : In implementation of the directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Honorary President of the Royal Humanitarian Foundation (RHF), and under the directives of His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, Chairman of the Foundation’s Board of Trustees, the Foundation has dispatched an urgent relief consignment in cooperation with Operation “Gallant Knight 3” and the Emirates Red Crescent in the United Arab Emirates.
The 100-ton consignment comprises healthcare supplies dedicated to women and children, essential food items, medicines, and medical equipment.
On this occasion, Ibrahim Dalhan Al Doseri, RHF Acting Secretary-General, affirmed that the urgent initiative reflects the Kingdom of Bahrain’s steadfast humanitarian approach, translating the Royal vision to support the Palestinian people amid the severe humanitarian conditions they are facing. He underscored Bahrain’s commitment to just causes, foremost among them the Palestinian cause, noting that the Foundation continues to fulfil its humanitarian mission in line with Bahrain’s long-standing policy of extending assistance to the Palestinian people in Gaza to help alleviate their difficult living conditions.
Al Doseri added that dispatching the aid during the holy month of Ramadan carries profound humanitarian significance and reinforces the values of solidarity and compassion of the Bahraini people.
