Manama : Rashid Equestrian and Horseracing Club (REHC) held the 25th race of the 2025/2026 season at its racecourse in Al Raffah. The race included the Cups of Majid Rashid Alzayani, Sarens Nass, Late S. Sharaf Al Alawi, Platinumlist, the Bahrain Jockey Academy, and Al Sakhir.
The winners of the race cups were crowned, with Yusuf Osama Buheji, Member of the High Committee of REHC and Acting Chief Executive Officer, presenting the first round trophy to the winning trainer, Yousif Taher.
His Highness Shaikh Sultan Al Deen bin Mohammed bin Salman Al Khalifa received the second round trophy from Khalid Tawfiq Al Alawi, the third round trophy from Al Hanoof Sami Nass, Regional Director of Sarens Nass Middle East, and the sixth round trophy from Osama Sarhan, Director of Platinumlist.
Zayed Rashid Al Zayani, Chairman of Al Zayani Investments, presented the fifth round trophy to the winning trainer, Sayed Mahmood Sayed Jawad, while Mohammed Ahmed Al Nema, Director of the Jockey Foundation, presented the seventh round trophy to the winning owner, Shaikh Salman bin Rashid Al Khalifa, in the presence of the Jockey Foundation’s sponsors, Ali Al Madhoob, Representative of the Arabian Horse for Equestrian and Veterinary Services, and David Erdelyi, Representative of Spartan Fitness.
The race meeting featured strong competitions across the nine races.
