Manama : In the presence of His Highness Shaikh Faisal bin Rashid Al Khalifa, Vice President of the Supreme Council for Environment, Deputy Chairman of the Rashid Equestrian and Horseracing Club (REHC) High Committee, and Member of the Supreme Council for Youth & Sport, the REHC organised today the second round of the fourth edition of the Bahrain Turf Series as well as the 12th race of this season over stc Bahrain Cups at its racecourse in Al Raffa, Sakhir.
The ten round race saw the attendance of a number of Their Highness, prominent figures, sponsors’ representatives as well as a large audience of equestrian sport enthusiasts, all of whom enjoyed the exciting competitions of the second round of the Bahrain Turf series with the participation of top jockeys, trainers and horses from all over the world.

Organising the fourth edition of the Series comes in continuation of the remarkable successes and positive gains achieved since its launch in 2021, as it represented a qualitative shift in Bahraini horseracing and enhanced the Kingdom’s status on the global map of horseracing.
Winners of the third and fourth rounds of the Bahrain Turf Series were announced, and Khalid Al Osaimi, CEO of stc Bahrain, presented Al Dana Cup to the winning owner’s representative, Lesley White, as the first place went to the horse Majestic, and also presented two awards to the winning owner and jockey.

Tariq Jaleel Alsaffar, Chairman of the board of Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait (BBK), presented Al Riffa Cup (Sponsored by BBK) to the winning owner’s representative of the horse Spangled Mac as well as two awards to the winning owner and jockey.
Winners of the stc Bahrain Cups were announced, and Khalid Al Osaimi presented the first round trophy to the winning trainer Yousif Alboainain, the third round trophy to the winning owner Ebrahim Rashid, the fifth round trophy to HH Shaikh Mohammed bin Hashim bin Mohammed Al Khalifa and HH Shaikh Hamad bin Hashim bin Mohammed Al Khalifa.

Shaikh Zeyad bin Faisal Al Khalifa, Chief Government Affairs Officer of stc Bahrain, presented the second round trophy to the winning owner Mohammed Khalid Abdulrahim, the fourth round trophy to Shaikh Khalid bin Ali Al Khalifa, and the sixth round trophy to the winning owner Komail Abdaljaleel Al Mallah.
Fahad Al Owaini, Chief of Human Resources of stc Bahrain, presented the seventh round trophy to Mahdi Salah, while Ahmed Al Jawder, Chief Financial Officer of stc Bahrain, presented the eighth round trophy to the winning owner Ahmed Al Sadah.
