Davos : On behalf of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Salman Al Khalifa, Minister of the Prime Minister’s Court, today participated in the signing ceremony of the Board of Peace charter, held at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.

The Charter was also signed by His Excellency Donald J. Trump, President of the United States of America, and His Excellency Nasser Bourita, Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccan Expatriates of the Kingdom of Morrocco formally ratifying the Board of Peace as an international organisation. Following the signing, representatives of several other countries proceeded to sign the Charter.
HH Shaikh Isa bin Salman affirmed that under the leadership of His Majesty the King and in line with the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, Bahrain continues to support international initiatives that promote peace, strengthen sustainable development, and help build a prosperous future for all.

His Highness highlighted Bahrain’s appreciation for President Trump’s efforts to maintain peace regionally and globally, noting the Kingdom’s hopes for the Board of Peace to foster cooperation, support stability and advance development.
HH Shaikh Isa bin Salman further noted Bahrain’s commitment to advancing the full implementation of the peace plan proposed by President Trump regarding the Gaza Strip, which comprises twenty points and underscores the importance of safeguarding the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people.
His Highness commended the role played by the United States, alongside its allies, in strengthening security, stability, and peace in the region and the world, thereby supporting development across various sectors.
HH the Minister of the Prime Minister’s Court also affirmed the importance of continuing to strengthen the historic bilateral and strategic relationship between Bahrain and the United States, noting that the continued growth of this partnership is to the benefit of both nations and their people.
