Muscat : His Highness Sayyid Fahd bin Mahmoud Al Said, Oman’s Deputy Prime Minister for the Council of Ministers, received today Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Minister of Finance and National Economy, who is on a visit to the Sultanate of Oman.
Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa conveyed the greetings of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Royal Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik of Oman, and the Deputy Prime Minister for the Council of Ministers.
HH Sayyid Fahd bin Mahmoud Al Said requested the Minister of Finance and National Economy to convey his greetings to HM the King and HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, as well as his wishes for abundant health to them, and for further progress and prosperity to Bahrain.
The minister affirmed the depth of the long-standing Bahrani-Omani relations, noting that they are progressing steadily thanks to the unwavering care and interest of HM King Hamad and HM Sultan Haitham bin Tarik of Oman.
The Finance and National Economy Minister underlined HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister’s keenness to constantly develop and broaden bilateral relations in all fields to meet joint aspirations and achieve common goals.
The two sides reviewed the progress of the distinguished fraternal Bahraini-Omani relations, highlighting the positive outcomes of bilateral cooperation in all fields, particularly the financial and economic ones.
They stressed the need to continue broadening cooperation and coordination between both countries to serve their common interests.
