Manama : The Ministry of Labour has successfully passed the first stage of the external surveillance audit (Surveillance Audit 1) for the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certification, without any observations or non-conformities.
The audit, conducted by an accredited certification body, included a detailed review of the Ministry’s policies, procedures, and operational processes to verify the effectiveness of the system in meeting international standards and ensuring continuous improvement and service quality enhancement.
Shaikh Khalifa bin Salman bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, Undersecretary at the Ministry of Labour, noted that successfully passing the audit reflects the integrated efforts of the Ministry’s teams and underscores the Ministry’s commitment to continuous improvement and institutional excellence, in line with its strategic objectives.
He added that the Ministry remains dedicated to developing its internal systems and implementing ongoing improvement plans to maintain international accreditation and achieve further success in institutional excellence.
