Manama : The Ministry of Industry and Commerce has launched the Mawaeid (Appointments) app for customer service, enhancing service efficiency and client engagement.
The Mawaeid app is available via bahrain.bh/app and offers a user-friendly interface for easy appointment booking.
Shaikh Hamad bin Salman Al Khalifa, Assistant Undersecretary for Domestic and Foreign Trade at the Ministry, highlighted the ministry’s commitment to quality service through modern technology and encouraged clients to use Mawaeid to streamline their appointments.
