Bahrain: Indian Ladies Association (ILA) proudly kicked off their first Water Drive initiative on July 13th at 10.30am at the construction site in Busaiteen, Bahrain.
Around 150 workers benefited by this initiative. Hon. President Ms. Kiran Mangle addressed the gathered workers, appreciated their hard work and dedicated efforts. She emphasized the importance of staying safe, hydrated, and healthy during the challenging month of summer . Mr. Nithin Shetty of Ahmed Mansoor Al-Aali generously sponsored bottled MYNA water for the event and highlighted the significance of safety and health.
Water, fruits, fruit juice, were distributed to all by ILA members, for which the association is profoundly grateful.
ILA expressed their gratitude to Mr. Shetty for his endless support, RJ Juhi entertained the workers, encouraged them with positive thoughts by acknowledging the workers’ dedication and the sacrifices for their families.
The event was graced by the presence and support of several esteemed ILA members, including Hon. President Ms. Kiran Mangle, Hon. General Secretary Ms. Sarmistha Dey, Hon. Treasurer Ms. Sheetal Shah, Hon. Secretary Entertainment Ms. Rrema Nair, Hon. Secretary Activity Dr. Gurpreet Kaur, and RJ Juhi.
ILA expressed their gratefulness to ILA Influencer, Sub Committee members Ms. Surbhi Singhal and Ms. Huma Hussain for the event coverage, and Sandra Palanna from the Workers Welfare Sub Committee.
The Indian Ladies Association intended to continue this rewarding initiative throughout the summer at various worksites across Bahrain.
