Manama : Continuing the joint cooperation between the Ministry of Information and the MBC Group, acting auditions to discover talent in the Kingdom of Bahrain have begun. Organised by “MBC Talent” in partnership with the ministry, the auditions will run until Monday, July 28.
The programme aims to showcase Bahraini artistic talent through personal interviews and recorded performances. Successful candidates will be added to MBC Group’s talent database and may take part in future drama productions, highlighting the creativity and excellence of Bahraini artists across the Gulf and Arab region.
The auditions seek new talent of all ages and genders. Participants perform a live acting scene and recite four lines of classical Arabic poetry.
Auditions are held daily until July 28, with registration open from 1 pm to 7 pm at ART Hotel & Resort, located in Amwaj Islands.
This collaboration builds on previous initiatives by the ministry to support and empower national artistic talents, including the earlier acting talent award. It reflects the ministry’s commitment to enhancing the Kingdom’s presence in Arab drama and media.
The initiative also provides an important opportunity for acting and drama enthusiasts to meet directly with MBC Talent production teams and showcase their skills in a professional setting that keeps pace with the fast-growing Arab content industry.
