Manama : His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today met with the newly appointed Ambassador of the Republic of India to the Kingdom of Bahrain, HE Vinod Kurian Jacob, at Riffa Palace.
His Royal Highness highlighted the longstanding relations and strategic partnership between the Kingdom of Bahrain and India, which has furthered bilateral cooperation across a wide range of areas.
His Royal Highness highlighted the Kingdom’s commitment to build on diplomatic achievements and joint collaboration between Bahrain and India to benefit both countries and their people.
HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad welcomed the newly appointed Ambassador to Bahrain, and wished him success in his new role.
HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister highlighted the Indian community’s role in supporting the Kingdom’s comprehensive development.
For his part, HE Jacob expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to meet with His Royal Highness, noting His Royal Highness’ commitment to furthering Bahraini-Indian relations. HE Jacob concluded by wishing the Kingdom of Bahrain and its people further progress and prosperity.
The Minister of Finance and National Economy, HE Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, also attended the meeting.
