Manama : His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, in the presence of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, received His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Minister of the Prime Minister’s Court, at Al Safriya Palace.
The audience followed the issuance of the royal decree appointing HH Shaikh Isa bin Salman to his new post, during which he took the legal oath before His Majesty the King.

His Majesty the King congratulated HH Shaikh Isa bin Salman and commended his competence and experience enabling him to assume this national responsibility. HM the King wished His Highness success in his new duties.
HM the King commended HH Shaikh Isa bin Salman’s dedicated efforts in serving the Kingdom of Bahrain and its people, and contributing to the Kingdom’s ongoing development and advancing Bahrain’s standing in various fields.

HM the King also expressed pride in the people and youth of Bahrain, recognising their ongoing dedication and commitment to serving their country and representing it in various disciplines. His Majesty described them as examples of perseverance and determination in achieving success and contributing to the nation’s development.
HM the King emphasised that Bahrain’s progress will continue steadily towards further development and a prosperous future.
For his part, HH Shaikh Isa bin Salman expressed gratitude to HM the King for his trust. His Highness highlighted that the guidance provided by His Majesty serves as motivation to exert utmost efforts to contribute to the Kingdom’s advancement and prosperity under the leadership of His Majesty the King.
The meeting was attended by His Highness Shaikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Personal Representative of HM the King; His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, National Security Advisor and Commander of the Royal Guard; His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Commander of the Royal Guard Special Force; His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Shaikh Isa bin Abdullah bin Hamad Al Khalifa; and Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, Minister of the Royal Court.
