His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa has ordered the disbursement of the annual Ramadan donation to the Royal Humanitarian Foundation (RHF)-sponsored families, marking the Holy Month of Ramadan 2020.
HM the King directed RHF, under the chairmanship of Representative of HM the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, National Security Advisor and RHF Board of Trustees Chairman HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, to oversee the disbursement of the gift to help Bahraini families cater to their needs.
HH Shaikh Nasser expressed sincere gratitude and appreciation to His Majesty the King, the Honorary President of the Royal Humanitarian Foundation, for his paternal care and constant keenness to share with the RHF-sponsored families the blessings of the Holy Month of Ramadan, and for His Majesty’s standing directives to provide permanently decent living to them.
HH Shaikh Nasser pointed out that this yearly royal gift is an annual habit HM the King is keen on to provide a decent life to the Bahraini people as well as care and support to the orphans and widows in order to ensure a stable life for them,
For his part, RHF Secretary-General Dr. Mustafa Al Sayed said His Majesty the King has always been keen on sharing with the RHF-sponsored families all occasions, including the Holy Month of Ramadan.
The royal annual gift emanates from His Majesty’s care and aims to ensure decently stable livelihood for all citizens, he added.
The King’s annual grant benefits more than 10,000 orphans and widows.
