Manama : His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa issued Order (13) of 2025, approving the renaming of the King Hamad Global Centre for Peaceful Coexistence.
The order states that the phrase “King Hamad Global Centre for Coexistence and Tolerance” shall replace “King Hamad Global Centre for Peaceful Coexistence” in the title of Decree (15) of 2018 regarding the establishment of the centre, as well as in all related provisions of this decree and other relevant decrees and regulations.
The phrase “King Hamad Award for Coexistence and Tolerance” shall replace “King Hamad Award for Peaceful Coexistence” in the title of Royal Order No. (32) of 2024 establishing the award, as well as in all related provisions of this order.
This order shall take effect from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
