Manama : His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa issued Decree-Law (39) of 2025, amending certain provisions of Decree-Law (21) of 2013 on the Organisation of Public Fundraising, based on the proposal of the Prime Minister and following the approval of the Cabinet.
The Prime Minister and ministers, each within their capacity, shall implement the provisions of this decree-law, which shall come into effect the day following its publication in the Official Gazette.
