HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad receives cyclist Damiano Caruso

Manama: HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of HM the King for Humanitarian Works and Youth Affairs has received Team Bahrain Victorious’ cyclist Damiano Caruso on the occasion of his visit to Bahrain. During the meeting, HH Shaikh Nasser hailed the unique results achieved by Damiano Caruso, who finished second in the Giro d’Italia tour. Moreover, HH Shaikh Nasser stressed that Damiano is among the pillars of Team Bahrain Victorious thanks to his enormous capabilities and performances. Furthermore, HH Shaikh Nasser expressed appreciation for the prominent efforts exerted by the team’s cyclists and technical staff, thanks to which it achieved great results. Meanwhile, the Italian rider gifted HH Shaikh Nasser a souvenir. And he expressed utmost thanks and appreciation to HH Shaikh Nasser for his support to the team, underlining that HH’s backing has enabled the team to top podiums in major events.
