Manama : In line with the Kingdom of Bahrain’s continued commitment to youth empowerment, His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs and Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports (SCYS), has directed Ayman Tawfeeq Almoayed, Secretary General of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports and Chairman of the Hope Fund, to launch a monthly prize draw for Bahraini youth as part of the Employment Loyalty Rewards Programme, managed by Hope Talents.
Coinciding with Bahraini Youth Day, the initiative will award a monthly cash prize of BHD 1,000 to a young Bahraini employee under the age of 35, selected from registered companies and institutions participating in the programme.
Almoayed affirmed that the programme supports Bahrain’s national youth empowerment strategy by showcasing young talent, promoting a supportive work environment, and encouraging professional growth and innovation. He noted that recognising years of service not only qualifies individuals for rewards but also acknowledges their long-term impact and commitment.
He added that the initiative seeks to underscore the role of Bahraini youth as key partners in institutional development and in building sustainable career paths aligned with the Kingdom’s economic and development goals. He emphasised that youth remain a cornerstone of Bahrain’s national development efforts.
The monthly draw targets Bahraini youth employed at registered companies and institutions, rewarding consistency and dedication. All companies in Bahrain are eligible to join the programme by registering their employees with Hope talents, thereby helping to foster a supportive and positive work culture across sectors.
Several leading companies and institutions are already participating in the initiative as part of their efforts to empower national talent. The Hope Fund continues to welcome additional participants from both the public and private sectors to support this national initiative and further enhance youth engagement in the workforce.
