Manama : In the presence of His Highness Shaikh Faisal bin Rashid Al Khalifa, Vice President of the Supreme Council for Environment, Deputy Chairman of the High Committee of the Rashid Equestrian and Horseracing Club (REHC), and Member of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, the REHC organised the 13th race of the 2025/2026 season, held under the sponsorship of stc Bahrain, at its racecourse in Al Raffah.
The race was attended by a number of Their Highnesses and Excellencies, along with representatives of stc Bahrain, the official sponsor, in a competitive and lively atmosphere complemented by distinctive activities. stc Bahrain celebrated the audience by offering cash prizes to winners through interactive questions held during the rounds, enhancing audience engagement and enjoyment of the competitions.
Winners of the stc Bahrain cups were crowned, with His Highness Shaikh Sultan Al Deen bin Mohammed bin Salman Al Khalifa receiving the second-round trophy from Khalid Al Osaimi, Chief Executive Officer of stc Bahrain, and the fourth-round trophy from Imran Aslam, Chief Strategy and Governance Officer of stc Bahrain. His Highness also received the ninth-round trophy from Shaikh Zeyad bin Faisal Al Khalifa, Chief Government Affairs Officer of stc Bahrain, who in turn presented the sixth-round trophy to the winning owner Mohammed Khalid Abdulrahim.
His Highness Shaikh Salman bin Mohammed Al Khalifa received the fifth-round trophy from Khalid Al Osaimi, who also presented the seventh-round trophy to the representative of the winning trainer George Scott.
Ahmed Al Jawder, Chief Financial Officer of stc Bahrain, presented the first-round trophy to the winning trainer Abdulla Kuwaiti, and the third-round trophy to the winning owner Mahdi Salah Mahdi, while Ahmed Al Sharif, Chief Technology and Digital Officer of stc Bahrain, presented the eighth-round trophy to the winning owner Khalid Al Hermis.
The nine-round race featured strong and exciting competition among the horses, with horses from various stables achieving victories and being crowned with the stc Bahrain cups.
