Bahrain MPs approved a proposal to give government employees working at the frontline of combatting the Covid-19 “hazard pay”. The proposal entitles all medical, security and support government employees to receive the extra allowances calculated on basic pay from February until the Covid-19 crisis is over. It would also cover volunteers depending on their contribution.
