Manama : The Human Rights Affairs Sector at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs held an educational seminar today for the “Friends of the Child Rights Commissioner” team, chaired by Ambassador Dr. Arwa Hasan Al Sayed, with the participation of Dr. Hooreya Al Dairi, Child Rights Commissioner at the National Institution for Human Rights.
The seminar included an educational presentation on the principles of diplomacy and human rights, highlighting the interconnection between diplomatic work and the protection of rights, as well as Bahrain’s role in promoting human rights values at both national and international levels.
The session featured an interactive discussion with the participating team members, during which questions and perspectives were exchanged, contributing to a deeper understanding of child rights concepts and mechanisms for their protection from both national and international perspectives.
